Compact, central and close to the beach Our Smart Mini Room, truly mini, is a budget-friendly and uncomplicated option for anyone who values proximity to the beach and a great location – and can do without lots of space. At around 12 qm you sleep comfortably in the room while the bathroom and kitchen are located opposite, across the floor, and are for the exclusive use of this room only. Tis gives you your own small, self-contained ares – simply separated spatially. Garden access invites you to enjoy a short break in the fresh air and the beach is only about 250 meters away.
